The Horse & Farrier Inn is a traditional 17th century public house which is located on the border of Lancashire and North Yorkshire in the village of Bentham. We are a family, walker, cyclist and dog friendly pub offering a variety of drinks including local ales and beers and a wide selection of hot and cold food, as well as a friendly and cosy welcome. We have roaring log fires inside to keep everyone warm in the Winter and have a patio area and large grassed beer garden for drinking and eating outdoors in the Summer.

Serving traditional hot and cold pub food, including sandwiches and salads which you can order at the bar. We serve pizzas which you can eat in or takeaway and there is a special children's menu.

We also have a specials board which tells you of any meal not listed on the menu.

Mondays to Fridays: Food is served from 12 noon to 2pm and 6pm to 8.30pm.

Saturdays and Sundays: Food is served from 12 noon to 8.30pm.

Sundays: In addition to our regular menu, we offer a selection of roast meats served with roast potato, a creamy mash, small yorkshire pudding,seasonal vegetables and gravy.

We also cater for parties and special occasions in our restaurant area which can seat up to 24 people.
