Since 1992 The Blue Mountain, a fine Morecambe restaurant, has reigned as one of Morecambe's and Lancaster's leading restaurants. Saffron is a unique Indian restaurant located in the heart of Morecambe. The restaurant itself is very old , and a very interesting place to visit as it situated in the basement of a very aged building with untouched walls which reflects the antique nature of the place. All the dishes are authentic and catered to brilliance and perfection. We use only the finest ingredients and spices available and also create our own exotic dishes.  Our friendly staff, excellent service and outstanding food make us very special and a much recommended place in Morecambe.
